The Wine
Green gold color, brilliant. Clearly saline notes, followed by ripe yellow fruit, pineapple, but also helichrysum and chamomile. In the mouth it has unexpected freshness, supported by enveloping softness and long fruity returns. It invites continuous re-tasting, which gives new intriguing sensations each time.

Askos is the name of our project dedicated to the research, selection and valorization of the heritage of native Apulian vines in danger of extinction. The wines are produced exclusively with grapes coming from areas with a particular vocation in which the vine is grown according to the canons of an ancient memory. The symbol is an askos, a Greek “decanter” from the 1st century BC.
